If you like spice without the onion and garlic then you will love this course. Explore the taste of India in this two week course. You will find out just how tasty and healthy vegetarian food can be in this enjoyable workshop.


Recipes will include fancy rice dishes; puffed fried bread (poori); Jaipur-style quick&easy mung dal; tomato, peas and home-made curd; chickpea and cauliflower curry; mixed vegetables in creamy Karhi sauce; crispy curd cheese fritters; chutneys; sweets and desserts (halava pudding, coconut macaroons etc) and much more.


Bela Reid isĀ is an amazing chef and a talented tutor. You get to have a go at cooking a few dishes and then you all share them for lunch.
