Learn to decorate cookies so they are works of art.  Learn to pipe chocolate easter eggs, make mashmellow easter eggs and all sorts of other goodies.  Jan Kell is a wonderful tutor (I call her the Donna Hay of the Bay!)  You get to make everything and take it home.  Her course was full last year and everyone loved it.  Numbers are limited book early to avoid disappointment.
