Do you like Thai but don’t know how to cook it?

 

Of all South East Asian cuisines, Thai is the one which most captures the Western imagination. Its flavours are subtle and complex yet clean, vivid and distinct; it is visually enticing and delicately perfumed; it is light, healthy and well balanced. Learn the basics of Thai cookery, including how to make those delicious pastes, as well as several entrees and main courses. This course is a cooking demonstration with tasting and recipes at the end. Max number of 10 in the class.


This time you will be cooking the food and learning the recipes of this fabulous cuisine.  All ingredients provided.
