The Team at the Katikati Community Resource Centre;

Chris Ridder (Manager/Administrator)

Chris has a Graduate Diploma in Not For Profit Management with a background in accounting and administration. She has a wealth of experience in the Not for Profit sector and community. Where her strong focus on family is evident. Chris has extensive event and programme management experience. She has been a vital asset to the centre for the last 17years.

Tania Van der Vegte (Adult & Community Education Coordinator)

Tania has been the ACE Coordinator since April 2011.  She has a Bachelor of Management Degree and has extensive project management experience from 14 years in Wellington.  She has been in Katikati for 5 years.  She brings a wealth of experience in government, private sector and community.  She is also a private Life Coach.

Jan de Faye (Administration/Accounts and Events Coordinator)

Jan has been with the centre for 3 years.  Jan has a backround in accounting and provides administrative support to the Manager. Jan started as the School Holiday Programme Coordinator and now  supervises both the School Holiday Programme and Katikids Afterschool Care.

Suzanne Roberts (Katikids After School Care Supervisor)

Suzanne is our lovely after-school care supervisor. She is very family based having 4 teenagers herself all at the local college. She enjoys cooking and making crafts with the children at katikids. Suzanne also tutors during the school holiday programme for a week. This offers children familiarity during the programme.

Sam Stafford (School Holiday Programme Coordinator)

Sam has assisted with the School Holiday Programme since 2005. After graduating from Waikato University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Sport and Leisure and a second degree major in Marketing, Sam has returned as the School Holiday Programme Coordinator. With her youthful exhuberance Sam brings new ideas and valuable skills to the centre. Yippee yo Yippee yay, Yahoo SKoolz Out!

Shirley Martelli (Information & Advisory Coordinator)

Our friendly frontline person, Shirley has a backround in administration.Previously Shirley spent 8 years recruiting and placing international students into the community. She will happily assist with any questions or queries you may have, using the extensive database and resources available to her.
